Health: Man-Made vs Nature

This is the “modern age,” supposedly, and yet human health, infrastructure, and relationships seem to be depreciating instead of getting better. Humans remain largely the same as they have for centuries, and yet they seem to be in worse health than those who lived a few decades ago. Everything is in extremity: obese vs emaciated, poor/rich, religious/atheist, and so on. What has changed is the ecosystem: the food, the culture and values, etc.

Why is man-made product usually bad for you? It does not occur in nature and so something from nature does not necessarily know how to deal with it. It doesn’t have the tool-set.

For example, take trans-fat. Your body has these things called enzymes, which help break down food, in this analogy, enzymes will be scissors and the fats will be boxes.

Plant fats ( poly and monounsaturated fats) = Paper box = Easy to break down
Animal fats (Saturated) = cardboard box = More difficult
Trans-fat (man-made, hydrogenated oils) = Titanium box = no breaking that with scissors, your body just stores it somewhere leading to all sorts of problems.

The Human Organism

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. – Benjamin Franklin

A nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than mere beasts of burden who do not have intelligence and are steaks on the table by choice and consent. – Mayer Amschel Rothschild of the Rothschild Banking family (harsh but it strikes a point)

Wherein men and women allow themselves to be coerced by means of fear into giving up liberty, no matter how justified they may believe it to be, they will never find freedom. Laws, and restrictions have yet to prove themselves be an effective counter-measure to unsatisfying conditions, as illustrated by the numerous laws passed and the persisting conditions and seemingly worsening conditions of today. Legislature only serves those with agendas written in the fine print and makes it harder for those who abide by it to keep lawful, for those who don’t it remains much the same: they never intended to nor do they care how many laws are passed. There is no need to go creating enemies, It is the underlying problems that need addressing and no amount of paperwork will ever solve that.

Humanity needs to start thinking of itself as an organism, and to address the various cancers and illnesses within that organism, and not by means of stigmatization, ostracizing, or dissecting but by healing those areas that need healing. Wherein they allow themselves to be silenced on any grounds (especially under the false taboo premise of respect) the voice of freedom does not ring. As cells of the human body, people have become disconnected, isolated, no longer in communication with other cells. The sharing of ideas, working together, and cooperative practices are the only thing that will solve these problems. Not one big-brained guy who will sit down and hash everything out for you nor will any elected official. People blame names and faces, look beyond names and faces for the meaning. It is not the players but the game itself that is fundamentally flawed. Names change, players change, but the game remains much the same. Revolution is to revolve in a circle, it is time to evolve, to expand outwards.

Try not to create enemies as many do, all you need do is co-operate with each other find what you have in common instead of differences, and figure out what world in which you wish to live. This can be done in scales, start with what you can change in your life, then work your way up from there, community, country, world. Simultaneously if your officials truly cared about you they would realize that power needs to be decentralized back to the people. Emanate some love into the world by embodying it, and that does not mean being happy all the time, a little compassion will make the world a better place.

If you have a party of 5 working independently that work will take much longer than if the five were to give about 20% of their effort to each other. On extreme home makeover they raise house in 7 days, that shows you the power of teamwork and communication.

The solution to any problem is not to be anti-anything that is to create resistance, label one hand good the other evil and try to force them through each other. The path of least resistance is the greatest, that means starving what you don’t like (starve the beast) and supporting that which you do. Non-violence, would be to slide your hands alongside each arm. No need to fight a bully for the sandbox, just play somewhere else, and when enough do this, the bully will have to either join you or play alone.

Now liberate, liberate, liberate…

The Truth will set you free

Be your own leaders

There are many lies today, lies wrapped in lies, covered in lies, coated with more lies, beneath media fed, publicly swallowed lies. All too often people find some glimmer of truth spouted from the mouth of some other and take that person to be a beacon of truth. The problem lies in where they make a mistake you are misled. Be your own leader and find your own truth, see what makes sense to you and what doesn’t add up. There are as many truths and lies as there are words to make them.

The organizations, technologies, and authorities that were once meant to serve the people are now are served by the people. The truth lies in the shadow of a lie, everywhere that lie goes the truth follows. The question is the tool that unveils the lie. The discrepancy or contradictions soon reveal what did and did not happenĀ  The truth needs no defending, it is like a lion, and can fend for itself. It only needs be freed and in turn it will set you free.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men and women do nothing.

Where silent heroes find their voice…

Check out this man’s blog for some interesting perspectives.

I would also like to take the time to point out that I am not Jesus, or a messiah or prophet or anything of the like, in case anyone believed that.

Look beyond people and faces, and idols for the words, look behind the words for the meaning….and the sincerity.

Sychronicity of Life – Poem On Twin Flames

This as well as the other poems will be in my book.

A Heart’s Companion

Passionate is the eternal flame…

For but an instant, though it seems forever
I open my eyes and wallow in yours.
How clearly your eyes window me to your soul,
The secret sealed by your lips is told,
Yet deeper still, where your heart ends mine begins.

Entangled we become in its dizzy spins,
Threaded like rope by love,
Enshrouded in mist by desire,
If I am the wick your love is my fire.

We watch together as it flickers and glows,
All while at it’s center a miracle grows:
The warmth which radiates the room,
Filling the atmosphere, a sanctuary, a boon,
to all that is sacred to our heart.

Let it burn eternal like time to beacon our desire,
The essence of heaven somehow ascended higher.
I hope naught can put out this flame.
It etches in my heart a love letter,
spelled with only your name.

Food For Thought – NonViolence

In light of some recent events,

Battles of the body beget more bodies, battle of the mind beget division which leads to battles of the body, battles of the body….

Darkness cannot drive out darkness;
only light can do that.
Hate cannot drive out hate;
only love can do that.
Hate multiplies hate,
violence multiplies violence,
and toughness multiplies toughness
in a descending spiral of destruction….
The chain reaction of evil —
hate begetting hate,
wars producing more wars —
must be broken,
or we shall be plunged
into the dark abyss of annihilation.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Strength To Love, 1963

Nonviolence is the answer
to the crucial political and moral questions of our time:
the need for man to overcome oppression and violence
without resorting to oppression and violence.
Man must evolve for all human conflict
a method which rejects revenge, aggression and retaliation.
The foundation of such a method is love.
